Hello and welcome to the February edition of the Brighton Person-Centred Community news. We hope that you are keeping safe and well and coping with these trying and uncertain times. The Community will be having an online meeting again this month - on Saturday 13th February - see information below. The online meeting is every second Saturday of the month. This month we have information on some CPD from Sussex Rainbow Counselling on gender identity and working in an LGBTQ inclusive way. We also have some information about Introduction to Focusing workshops. See below. If you have anything you'd like to share that you think would be supportive for Community members or want to reach out for something yourself, do consider using this newsletter as a way to do so. Face-to-Face Meeting
The Friends' Meeting House remains closed for the moment. It is unlikely that things will change before our next scheduled meeting in March, but we will do our best to keep you informed as things change (or not!) Got some free time? Want to support NHS staff? Frontline19 is a portal to match NHS staff in need with online therapy providers who are willing to provide support pro bono. You sign up, say what your credentials are and how many hours a week you feel able to offer.
