Community Meetings (and other news) - November Update

In-Person Meeting

It will probably not come as a surprise that, with the announcement of a further lockdown, the Friends' Meeting House will be closing for the month of November, and there will therefore be no physical meeting this month.

Online (Zoom) meeting The meeting will take place at the revised time of 9.30-12.30 on Saturday 14th November. As it's online there will be no fee to attend. To join the meeting just copy the link into your browser.

If you find that it isn't allowing you to connect (or says the meeting hasn't started yet), you might wish to try searching in the Zoom app (you'll need it downloaded to do this) using the meeting ID provided. It will then ask you for the password. Make sure you're ready a bit before the meeting starts to check your online set up and have your cup of tea ready!

Focusing with Stress and Overwhelm – 13th Nov 12.30-2.30pm - £25

Get a taste of the Focusing process and experience how this practice can assist us living with difficult experiences. Learn how you can support yourself through developing your inner relationship. Cultivate an approach of embodied inner listening and empower yourself to get the space you need around your feelings. This workshop can apply to Focusing for personal use or work with clients.

Focusing with our Dreams – 21st Nov 2-4pm - £25

Explore how Focusing can open up different aspects of your dreams and help you utilise the growth potential within them. You will have the opportunity to bring actual dreams and see them through the ‘lens’ of your embodied experience as well as looking at what we have to learn from parts and opposites in our dreams.
