The latest news from the Brighton Person-Centred Community...
Hello and welcome to the January edition of the Brighton Person-Centred Community news.
We will be meeting on Saturday 18th January and hope to see you there. See below for details. We hope you enjoyed - or survived - the Christmas period and that 2020 may be a good year for you amid these turbulent times.
Cost of attending our meetings
The cost of the Saturday meeting remains £5, but we do not want that to be a barrier to accessing the meeting, so if you cannot afford £5 you can pay a donation that you can afford. And if you can afford more than £5 then anything extra that you can afford is helpful.
Do remember that you can share things via this newsletter. If there's anything you think would be of relevance to your Person Centred peers feel free to send it in to the email address at the bottom and we can include it here. You might have something you'd like to let us know or you might even have a question to ask and perhaps others reading this newsletter can help answer it...
Community Meetings are held on the third Saturday at each month at the Friends Meeting House, Ship Street, Brighton BN1 1AF. We meet upstairs, usually in room 3, but the room number will be indicated on the whiteboard which is next to the Reception desk. Newcomers are always welcome, come along, say hi and see what it’s all about!
The next meeting at the Friends Meeting House is Saturday 18th January. The meeting runs from 9:30 to 12:30, but arrive a little earlier to give yourself time to prepare a drink. The cost is £5 to cover hire of room and tea, coffee and biscuits - but see also the note above about cost.
We have an ever growing presence on Facebook and Twitter, so join us there, if you haven't already :) it's a great way to share updates on Community stuff and Counselling related articles.
If you see anything interesting that you'd like to share with the Community please feel free to post to our Facebook page, tweet us, or send by e-mail to email@example.com and we'll share it for you.
If you're on Facebook why not 'like' our Brighton Person-Centred Community Facebook Page and join the other 160 plus people who enjoy our posts? Or if you prefer to Tweet our twitter following is now over 350 people! Find us @BrightonPCC.
Right, that's all from us for now. If we don't see you at the forthcoming meeting you'll hear from us again next month with the latest from the community.
