Who is eligible for concessions?
A limited number of concessions are available for unemployed and students and are sold on a first come first served basis.
What if I want to book more than one ticket?
Once you have selected your price option and clicked 'Add to Cart' you will be taken to the 'Shopping Cart' page where you can amend the 'quantity' of tickets you require.
What if I want to book tickets of different price options?
Once you have selected your price option and clicked 'Add to Cart' you will be taken to the 'Shopping Cart' page, you can then click on the 'Continue Shopping' option, which will bring you back to this page so that you can add another ticket option to your shopping cart.
What if I add something to my 'Cart' that I don't want?
Don't panic! Simply click on the 'View Cart' button which will show you what you have in your Cart at any time. You can remove tickets or amend the number of tickets you have selected before you pay for them or 'Check Out'.
What if the ticket I want is sold out?
Please contact Richard Church to see if it is possible for additional tickets to be released for the workshop you are interested in.
Will I receive a ticket for the event?
No ticket will be issued, however the name in which the booking was made will be added to a list which will be held on the door of each event. You will receive an electronic receipt from Paypal which you can keep as proof of purchase.
What if I have difficulty with the on-line booking system?
Contact Richard Church who will try to assist.
What if I can't book online and need to pay by cheque?
For those people who do not have a debit or credit card, it is still possible to pay by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Person-Centred Community'. Please contact Richard Church for further details on how to do this.
Can I just pay on the day?
We ask that tickets are to be purchased in advance, this enables us to monitor the number of attendees and ensure that we have enough bookings for the workshop to go ahead. However, if by the date of the workshop we are not sold out we may make some tickets available to be purchased at the door. The website will be updated if the event is sold out.
What if I am unable to attend a workshop once I have booked a place?
We do not offer refunds unless the workshop is cancelled by us. However, please let Richard Church know if you are unable to attend. If the workshop is fully booked we may be able to re-sell your ticket to another delegate and provide you with a refund, minus the small paypal fee.
Is there parking near to Community Base?
We would suggest that you travel to our workshops on public transport where possible. There is an NCP Carpark on Church Road, a few minutes walk from Community Base. However parking can be expensive for a whole day, please see their website for more information.
