BAPCA AGM opposes regulation

The proposals of those who sent the Open Letter on Regulation to BAPCA proposing that BAPCA assertively oppose State Regulation and form a working group to look at the implications for PCT of a multi-track approach were accepted at the AGM on 27th March.

An initial working group has been formed , with the idea that more people could join at a later point.
